American illustrator Louisa V Cannell’s work has a beautiful, fluid way about it, conveying a sense of place and emotion in each image. Cannell is a designer and illustrator for Refinery 29, and the rest of her client list is equally impressive, including Vice, Condé Nast Traveller, Goop, and National Geographic.

Her personal work showcases a playful and sensitive approach to drawing famous figures, and we love her set of pictures tracing the many faces and styles of Gwen Stefani.
