London photographer Stuart Leech was recently commissioned by the Dulwich Picture Gallery to travel to Norway and document the home of Norwegian painter Nikolai Astrup.
It's to coincide with the Gallery's major exhibition of his work, Painting Norway, which is currently on display there until 15 May 2016.
Speaking of the assignment, Stuart said: "The artist, who was nearly unknown outside his native Norway, lived and painted his home and the surrounding area for his entire life. The house is isolated a few hours north of Bergen and is an idyllic but bewitching spot in the Norwegian countryside."
Based in London, Stuart's clients include NME, The Times, Observer Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Barclaycard, Huck Magazine, Plan B Magazine, Artrocker, Time Out and BBC. Discover more of his work at www.stuartleech.com.
