The spectrum of never-before-seen shades launches the brand new Prismatics range of coloured tiles from the UK’s leading tile manufacturer.

Entitled Prismatic Landscape, it covers the outside of the Farmiloe Building, home to The Design Factory throughout one of the biggest events in the design calendar. A total of 4,224 individual tiles have been used for the installation, which covers nearly 100 square metres, adorning three of the building’s walls in a riot of shades.

Ptolemy Mann said: “It's fantastic, I just love the fact that we've taken a beautifully simple product and just given it a whole new lease of life. I'm pleased to say it's exactly as I envisioned it, if not better.

“I really like the matt and gloss together and the fact that we've only used 68 colours when it looks more like 600. I've loved seeing the reactions of people when they see the mural for the first time. We've elevated the humble tile and made it feel new and refreshed. I love it so much, I’m already thinking about what to do next.”
