Want to influence the future of a new independent print magazine? Go behind-the-scenes of the Barcelona beer scene? Have your face permanently inked on a stranger's body? Or simply pack up a tote bag? A new publication about beer and culture has put together an exhaustive list of rewards as it launches a Kickstarter campaign to fund its first issue.
Called Caña, the magazine is about the love of beer, of visual art and of fervent creativity; a celebration of the sticky carpets where they collide. Sloshing through the high and low culture of drinking, brewing and creating, Caña has been crafted as a conduit through which to distil the ongoing relationship of beer and the arts.
Brought to you by James Davidson, founder and editor-in-chief of online media platform (and a Creative Boom favourite), We Heart and web developer John Wilson, it follows a popular exhibition in Barcelona earlier this year which featured creatives Alec Doherty, Mariel Osborn, Petra Eriksson and Egle Zvirblyte – all of which will be included in Caña's first edition.
Show your support on Kickstarter, and follow Caña on Instagram to keep updated on what's happening with the proposed magazine.
