While the majority of Thought Bubble will take place online, the festival is working on many special, socially distanced events in its hometown of Leeds, local restrictions permitted. These include a collaboration with Leeds venue Belgrave Music Hall and acclaimed local restaurant Ox Club who will be hosting an eat along screening of anime film Paprika that will feature a special menu inspired by the film served during the screening. That takes place in January 2021.

Thought Bubble's digital convention will be free to attend for all, with an open fundraising link over the week if fans would like to contribute towards Thought Bubble's running costs following this most disruptive of years.

The Thought Bubble Festival Comic Art Festival 2020 runs online 14-15 November 2020.
