Combining haute couture and haute cuisine should be wrong, right? But as this creative book illustrates, it can actually look good enough to eat...or wear.
A collaborative project between graphic design studio, b.a-ba and Lernert & Sander, the Cook Look Book presents a selection of gourmet dishes, inspired by Chanel's Spring 2015 collection.
The art direction of the dishes uses the codes from fashion show photography, and allows, alongside the editorial design, to find the balance between existing as a cookbook and a lookbook.
We love the bizarre nature of this concept. Discover more at b-a-ba.works.
